At Premier Yarns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase for your next home project. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused yarn in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused yarn skeins in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
